Powered by a hand-assembled 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged VR38DETT V6 producing 545 horsepower and 463 lb-ft of torque, the GT-R delivers its power through a rapid-shifting 6-speed dual-clutch transmission and ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system. The Black Edition further distinguishes this example with Recaro leather-appointed front seats, dark-finished 20-inch RAYS forged wheels, Bilstein DampTronic suspension, and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. According to the original window sticker on page 1, this example carried an original MSRP of $113,400.
Performance and exhaust character have been tastefully enhanced with a Boost Logic Y-pipe paired with an HKS Legamax Style cat-back exhaust system, giving the twin-turbocharged V6 a deeper and more aggressive soundtrack while improving the character of the exhaust system. An AMS Performance coolant expansion tank adds a premium engine-bay component from one of the most established names in R35 performance, complementing the enthusiast-focused direction of the build.
The chassis has been enhanced with H&R lowering springs, providing a lower and more purposeful stance while retaining the sophisticated characteristics of the factory Bilstein DampTronic suspension system. Carbon fiber wrapped mirror caps and hood accents add subtle motorsport-inspired details to the Jet Black exterior, complementing the Black Edition's factory carbon fiber rear spoiler and dark-finished RAYS forged wheels.
